Natural Living Expo

The Natural Living Expo was founded in 2007 as the 20th Anniversary Celebration for Spirit of Change Magazine, New England’s leading holistic magazine since 1987. Over the last 18 years, the Natural Living Expo has organically grown to become the largest holistic event of its kind in the country.


Featuring 200 exhibits and 60 workshops, all meeting the highest level of quality and professionalism. You can expect a variety of exhibits, workshops, and sessions focused on holistic health practices. The expo caters to both beginners and those who are well-versed in holistic health practices. There's always something new to learn!


The event is thoughtfully produced by Michella Brudner, founder & producer. Providing a platform for the holistic community to connect, educate and network; it is known as a can't-miss, annual event by thousands of attendees every year. Bring an open mind ready to absorb new knowledge!

  • What are the Expo Hours?

    Saturday, November 16 from 9am-6pm

    Please do not arrive early, event doors will not open until 9am, if arriving before that please be prepared to wait outside


    Sunday, November 17  from 9:30am-4:30pm

    Please do not arrive early, event doors will not open until 9:30am on Sunday, if arriving before that please be prepared to wait outside. 


    Free re-admission on Sunday when you attend Saturday!

  • Where does the event take place?

    At the Best Western Royal Plaza Trade Center & Hotel, 181 Boston Post Rd West (Route 20 West), Marlborough, MA

  • How do I get there?

    The Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel and Trade Center, is located at 181 Boston Post Road West,  Marlborough, MA. Directly off Route 20 West in the heart of Central Massachusetts. Conveniently accessible, just one mile off I-495 and close to route 290 and the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). Boston and Springfield, Massachusetts; Hartford, Connecticut, and Providence, Rhode Island are all located within an hour’s drive of Marlborough, MA. New York City is just three hours away by car.


    Directions From Route 495

    Take Exit 63B for Route 20. Continue on Route 20 Westbound for 1.2 Miles. The Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel and Trade Center entrance is located on the right.


    Free Parking! Please carpool when possible, event parking lots become quite full at peak times.


    All 200 exhibits are located in the Trade Center and 60 Workshops take place in the Hotel. Located on the same property, the two buildings are a 4 minute walk outside or a quick free shuttle ride. Shuttles run continuously between the trade center and hotel throughout the event.

  • Is there free parking?

    Yes, there is  free parking at the trade center and hotel. Please carpool when possible, parking lots become very busy at peak expo times. Complementary shuttle busses run continuously throughout the parking lots between the trade center and hotel for your convenience.

  • How can I prepare for the expo?

    Comfortable clothing and shoes are a must as you might be on your feet for the better part of the day. There is not a coat check. Carry a reusable tote bag and don't forget a notebook to jot down interesting points! Read through the expo program guide for the event map, listing of vendors and schedule of workshops.

  • How much is admission?

    Weekend Admission can be purchased in advance for $21 (includes a free tote bag) or at the Door for $25. Admission is good for both Saturday & Sunday. Children under 14 are free! 

  • What are the food options at the event?

  • Can I take public transportation?

    Yes. Please be advised it may take a few extra steps.. 


    From Boston:

    Take the MBTA Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail, and exit at Southborough Commuter Rail stop. Please be advised that the Southborough stop does not have a station building, restrooms, telephones or MBTA employees. From the Southborough stop, it is about a 10 mile distance and 20 minute ride to Marlborough via an Uber or other taxi company. 


    From Providence, RI:

    Take the MBTA Providence/Stoughton Line and exit at Back Bay. From Back Bay, take the Worcester Line - Worcester/Union Station to Westborough Station. Once at Westborough Station, you will be about a 6 mile distance, and a 15 minute ride to Marlborough via an Uber or other taxi company. 


  • What are the Expo Safety Guidelines?

    The Natural Living Expo has implemented  safety procedures to ensure everyone feels safe at the event, while still providing the exceptional expo experience. Changes include: wider aisles, spaced out workshop schedule, indoor and outdoor dining options.


    To avoid traditional areas of congestion at registration, we encourage purchasing your tickets in advance online. This will expedite your enterance into the show. Please do not arrive early, event doors will not open until 9am on Saturday and 9:30am on Sunday, if arriving before that please be prepared to wait outside. 


    Workshops are staggered to avoid congestion in the hallways between sessions. All workshops seats are available on a first-come basis. Room capacities are strictly followed, please respect event staff as they implement this safety policy to avoid overcrowding. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your desired workshop session to secure a seat in the room.

  • Are there discounted hotel accommodations?

    Yes, both at the Best Western Hotel and Hampton Inn, both of which are walking distance to the trade center. See group rate details here, book by October 11th. 

  • Can I Become an exhibitor or speaker at the expo?

    Yes! Find exhibitor and speaker applications here. Apply early!
