You will learn basic meditation techniques and take-home tools that will help you harness the benefits of meditation — a calm and clear mind, improved concentration and focus, and increased sense of peace and well-being. Raja yoga meditation uses simple but effective techniques that give you back control over your mind. Replace unhealthy thought patterns with positive reflections that lead you into the limitless. Reconnect with your innermost self and learn to stay stable during uncertain and stressful times through this unique, fun and creative meditation practice!
Join a free 30-minute guided meditation at 11am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm and 4:00pm or for drop-in meditation from 10:30-1pm and 2-4:30pm. Located in the Sterling Room in the hotel.
