A Surprisingly Simple Pain Solution

Saturday, November 10, 2017 • 11am-1pm • Salon D

Do you live with aches and pains? The good news is that you don’t have to live with that pain forever. Simple daily exercises you do at home can release even decades of chronic plantar fasciitis, neck, shoulder, headache, carpal tunnel and back pain, just to name a few. Learn surprisingly simple stretches to relieve pain and discomfort, including the Big Four exercises for better posture and less pain. Learn how to identify muscles that are causing pain and how to disable chronic pain mechanisms, some of them right in your chair on the spot. Audience questions about specific conditions will be addressed and demonstrated. Anyone can learn how to identify and correct patterns that contribute to pain in their own bodies or their loved ones. It is much easier than you ever imagined.
